WHO?

The Timothy Fellowship is for single men whose ministry objective is to be teaching/lead pastors and/or church planters. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be pursuing or have completed seminary education.

What?

The Timothy Fellowship provides intensive, focused leadership development and ministry experience.

WHEN?

The Timothy Fellowship is a one-year commitment: June 15, 2021-May 15, 2022. Fellows may be selected/choose to remain for 1 or 2 additional years.

WHERE?

The Timothy Fellowship is a ministry of Gracepoint Church in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. South Florida is an exciting, diverse metropolitan area with miles of beautiful beaches and millions of unchurched people.

WHY?

The Timothy Fellowship is designed to train effective pastors to lead healthy churches.

HOW?

Fellows will be provided housing and a monthly stipend.
Weekly meetings and monthly seminars will address THE FIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS OF A NT PASTOR:

Pray               

You will learn to practice spiritual disciplines.

Teach             

You will be responsible to prepare and teach on a weekly basis.

Lead               

You will be entrusted with a genuine pastoral role in the church.

Shepherd       

You will be equipped in evangelism, biblical counseling, and pastoral care.

Equip               

You will discover your gifts and strengths through assessments and coaching.
